Optimal remote care with Telehealth: introduction

Physitrack Telehealth Pro is a powerful feature designed to seamlessly connect healthcare professionals with their patients through secure video consultations. Fully integrated within the Physitrack platform, it allows for real-time interaction, enhancing patient engagement and enabling remote monitoring and support.

Start your Physitrack Telehealth call

Follow the steps below to start your video consultation with Physitrack Telehealth Pro:

Log in to your Physitrack account if you are not already.

At the bottom of your screen, click on Patients and select the patient you want to start a video consultation with.
Alternatively, you can click on the button with the camera symbol at the top right; then select the patient from the drop-down menu (or add them as a new patient).

Our system will now check if the selected patient is online. If so, they will receive an incoming call. The video consultation begins as soon as the patient answers the call.

Is the patient not online? Then send an invitation to the patient with just one mouse click. The information the patient needs is already filled in for you!

More about Physitrack Telehealth:

  • When you register a Physitrack account, we will give you 60 minutes to try out Telehealth Pro. Would you like to continue using Telehealth Pro after that? You can then extend your Physitrack subscription with the Telehealth Pro add-on. The costs for this will be charged on top of the Physitrack subscription.

  • Physitrack Telehealth Pro is a secure solution: both the audio and video of the consultation are encrypted. Conversations are not recorded unless you enter into a separate agreement with us about this. Your patient will be shown a consent form before the consultation that he must agree to in order for the conversation to start. You can customise both the consent statement and patient invitation e-mail as you wish.
  • During a video consultation via Physitrack Telehealth Pro, you can share your screen or stream exercises from the Physitrack library to your patient. This way, you can be sure your patient understands the exercises and increase the chances of them being performed correctly.
  • Your patient can participate in the video consultation via PhysiApp (free of charge). PhysiApp is available for iOS and Android. This is the same app in which the patient opens an assigned exercise programme - so there is no need for an additional app! If the patient prefers not to download an app, they can also participate in the video call in a browser.
  • Finally, we have some tips on how to best prepare your patient for a video consultation via Physitrack Telehealth Pro.
