Recordings of your Telehealth calls

At Physitrack, protecting your privacy and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations is a top priority. As a result, Telehealth calls are not recorded by default. This decision reflects our commitment to safeguarding both practitioners' and patients' sensitive information while delivering seamless Telehealth services.

Call recording as an add-on feature

We understand that some larger organisations may require Telehealth call recordings for legal or compliance purposes. Therefore, Physitrack offers call recording as an add-on service. This service is subject to a separate legal agreement that governs the management of the recorded data.

When activated, only the audio portion of Telehealth calls is recorded - video is not recorded. The audio file will be securely stored on Physitrack's servers for a period of 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted.

You can download the recorded audio files manually through the Physitrack platform, or access them via our API integration for easier data management and compliance with your organisational needs.

We are happy to assist you in ensuring that your Telehealth services comply with relevant regulations, while maintaining the highest standard of data protection.
