Disable Telehealth Pro in your Physitrack account
Don't need Telehealth (anymore), e.g. because you no longer have video consultations with your patients? Telehealth Pro is subject to an additional charge, on top of your Physitrack subscription. When you deactivate Telehealth Pro, these extra costs will fall away. On this page you can read how to disable Telehealth Pro.

- Log in to Physitrack if you are not already.

- Click on your name at the bottom right and go to Subscription.

Click the
Manage my add-ons button.

Click on the
Remove link under
Add-on: Telehealth Pro. Then click the
Update Subscription button.
And that's all - Telehealth Pro will be disabled immediately. You will be credited a pro rata amount for the rest of the current month to your account and from the next renewal of your Physitrack subscription, Telehealth Pro will no longer be charged.
If you do want to use Telehealth Pro again in the future, you turn it back on just as easily.
Every Physitrack account gets 60 minutes of free Telehealth Pro from us. Haven't used all or part of these 60 minutes before you activated the Telehealth Pro add-on? Then you will still have (the remainder of) these minutes at your disposal.
