Free Physitrack for physiotherapy students

Physitrack likes to invest in the future. Are you studying physiotherapy or another relevant study at college or university? Then we offer you free access* during your studies, up to 6 months after your intended graduation date. This way, while you are studying, you can already discover how our platform can serve you during your future work.

* Free academic licences do not include Telehealth Pro(+).

Can't find your university or training institution when following the instructions below? There may not yet be a partnership. If so, ask your dean or study coordinator to contact us at sales@physitrack.com.

With a free academic licence, you are meant to use Physitrack for study purposes only, i.e. in an educational context. You are not supposed to use Physitrack with real patients: this requires a normal licence (subscription).

1
Register your (new) Physitrack account with your academic email address if you have not already done so. Select the appropriate server if asked and check your email for the temporary password that we sent to you.

Make sure you use an appropriate e-mail address, i.e. one provided by your school or university. Do not use generic addresses from e.g. Gmail or Hotmail.
2
Log in into your Physitrack account. You will now see the below paywall.
3
Click the link Start student subscription.
4
Select your college or university from the drop-down menu. Enter your student number, expected year of graduation and tick the option I confirm that I am a student at the above school/university. Then click the Start student subscription button and you will immediately access your Physitrack account.

Good luck with your studies!

Troubleshooting academic licences

  • Why do I need to use an academic email address?

Occasionally, we check whether student account users are still eligible for a free academic licence. For generic email addresses (e.g. Hotmail, Gmail), this is not possible. Therefore, we ask you to use an e-mail address provided by your school or university.

  • I suddenly see a pay wall when I log in. Are student accounts no longer free?

Yes! Student accounts were, are and will remain free. We occasionally check whether student account users are still eligible for a free academic licence. Your account may be closed during such a check. If so, you will have received an email about this well in advance. But don't panic: you can easily register a new account with an e-mail address from your school or university and activate a free academic licence.
