Can I change my Telehealth call package intra month?

At any time intra-month, you can update your Telehealth package

  1. Go to your My account > Subscriptions menu.
  2. Select the package you would like to change to and confirm.
You will be charged the difference between your current package and the new plan until the end of the calendar month.
The following month, you will be charged the full package on top of your subscription.
   Note: There is no refund if you downgrade your package intra-month.
