Download patient messages & call history
At any time, you can download messages between your patient and yourself, Telehealth call history and data on exercise programmes to store elsewhere.
- Log in to your Physitrack account if you are not already.
- Click Patients at the upper left corner of the screen and then select the patient whose message history you wish to download.
- Then click on the speech bubble at the top right.
- Now click on the Download messages link in the bottome left corner of the message window. The system now generates a spreadsheet containing all messages to and from the patient, including when there was a Telehealth video consultation and the feedback given by the patient when they marked exercises as completed.
