Remove your patient from Physitrack

At Physitrack, we never want to process more data than strictly necessary. This is policy that we also recommend to you as a healthcare practitioner. That's why you can always easily delete a patient from your Physitrack account when treatment has stopped.

Log in to your Physitrack account if you are not already.
Click Patients at the bottom and select the patient that you wish to delete from your account.
Click the cogwheel button at the top right to go to patient settings.
Click the red Delete patient button. Confirm if you are sure, and the patient is removed.

Note that this action cannot be undone.

Make sure to download all patient data before you remove the patient from your Physitrack account.
