Edit exercise programmes (templates)
Once you have created a template, you can make changes to it in a few simple steps. This way, you can always update your template to new developments or changed views. These changes are saved in the template itself.
Keep in mind that a template is always a starting point. Before you assign an exercise programme based on a template to a patient, fine-tuning allows you to tailor the template to the patient's needs.

Make changes to a template you have added yourself

- Log in to Physitrack if you are not already.

- Click Library at the bottom and then Templates at the top.

First click on
the template you want to edit and then click on the button with
the pencil in the top right.

You now enter the programme editor, where you can
add exercises to or remove them from the template. You can also amend the name of the template,
change the parameters or switch between a
daily and weekly programme.

- Click on the Defaults button in the top right to add educational content and/or outcome measures. In this screen you can also adjust some default settings, such as whether adherence and pain tracking should be enabled or not. Always click the Save changes button to confirm your changes!

- Click Close in the top-left corner of the programme editor when you are done.
Make changes to a system template or a template that was shared with you

- Log in to Physitrack if you are not already.

- Click Library at the bottom and then Templates at the top.

First click on
the template you want to edit and then click on the button with
the pencil in the top right. The template will now be opened
in read-only mode.

Now make
a copy of the template by clicking on the button with the two sheets of paper at the top right. Of course, we advise you to use
a different name for the copy, so that the distinction between the original and your copy is clearly visible.

You now enter the programme editor, where you can

- Changes you make in a template are visible to yourself and colleagues if you have enabled content sharing.
- Changes are not visible to patients, even if you have assigned them an exercise programme based on a template that you have subsequently modified. Assigned exercise programmes will not be changed.
