SpotOnMedics FysioOne integration guide
Recently, in collaboration with FysioOne, we have expanded our integration. This allows you to assign a programme directly to your patient within FysioOne (without additional actions) and make changes easily during a running programme. You can see how this looks for you below:
IMPORTANT: Each Physitrack account must be linked to PhysioOne separately. The steps below should therefore be repeated for each individual licence. You can link your Physitrack account to your SpotOnMedics account, and thus easily copy patient data from FysioOne to Physitrack. However, it is possible if you have the appropriate permissions to collect individual tokens for all colleagues and communicate them to your colleagues. Your colleagues can then repeat Step 2 to link their own accounts. Creating a link works as follows:
NOTES. Physitrack is innovating! My Account > Settings can now be found by clicking on your name in the top-right corner and clicking on "Settings".
Do you or your practice work under a management licence ( Physitrack Direct)? From Physitrack Direct, the steps are here for several colleagues.
Step 1: copy 'token' from FysioOne (for managers/practice owners)
- Please log in to your FysioOne account.
- Click on "Configuration"
- Click on "General"
- Click on "Physitrack" (in the row at the bottom left, under the heading Webservices & SSO)
- Make sure "Physitrack activated in PhysioOne" is set to "Yes"
- Go back to "Configuration" and then to "Users". Choose the user(s) who will have access to Physitrack. Click on "Access".
- If no token/API key (actually a long password) is known, first click on the '+' icon. You will then see the 'code'. Double-click it and then copy this token (CMD+C on Mac or CTRL+C on Windows).
Step 2: enter token at Physitrack (for individual users)
- Log in to your Physitrack account
- Click on your name in the top-right corner and select 'Settings'
Now, under "Synchronise my client data with:", choose SpotOnMedics and paste your token in the "API key" field (see image below):
- Click the 'Save changes' button at the bottom of the page.
You can now quickly open your client in Physitrack from PhysioOne:
- Open the client in question
- Go to File
- Click on the "Physitrack" link at the bottom left
Important: When video calling, Physitrack opens in a new window. Make sure you allow popups.
⚠️Is Physitrack not loading within Spotonmedics?
Should Physitrack not load (properly) within Spotonmedics, try the following:
- Are you getting the message 'Physitrack has refused connection' or something along those lines? Then follow the steps in this article: Physitrack does not load within SpotOnMedics
- Use a modern browser other than Safari.
See if you can get right to https://nl.physitrack.com/login
If this works, then your connection to Physitrack is fine.
See if you are running a programme that blocks banners, and turn it off (temporarily).
- Should the above not work, please email support@physitrack.nl along with the link you get when you visit https://www.whatsmybrowser.org/.
