Physitrack does not load within SpotOnMedics

NOTE iframe works on all modern browsers except Safari


SpotOnMedics loads Physitrack within a so-called iframe.

Some browsers, including Google Chrome 80, block this iframe in some cases. As a result, you may get the message:

nl.physitrack.com has refused connection (or a similar message)

Troubleshooting (Google Chrome):

  1. Open Google Chrome
  2. Copy the text chrome://flags/#same-site-by-default-cookies  and paste this into the address bar
  3. Press enter

  4. Go to "SameSite by default cookies" and set the value to "Disabled":

  5. Scroll down slightly to "Cookies without SameSite must be secure" and also set this value to "Disabled"

  6. Press the Relaunch button at the bottom right of the screen
