Enable Telehealth Pro in your Physitrack account
With your Physitrack subscription, you get a one-off 60-minute Telehealth Pro to try it out at your leisure. Would you like to use Telehealth Pro afterwards? Then extend your subscription with the Telehealth Pro add-on. Read how to do this on this page.
Steps to enable Telehealth Pro
- Log in to your Physitrack account.
Click on your name at the bottom right and go to Subscription.
Do you see this message now? If so, your subscription is running through the account of a colleague or your clinic/practice. You cannot modify your account yourself. Ask your colleague or manager for help.
- Scroll down to the Colleagues on subscription section.
Locate your email address (or your colleague’s email if you are the subscription owner).
Tick the checkbox next to Telehealth Pro.
- A pop-up window will appear asking you to confirm.
- Once confirmed, the Telehealth Pro add-on will be enabled and reflected in your subscription charges.
- If needed, repeat the process to enable Telehealth Pro for other colleagues in your subscription.
If you have added licenses this way, you can later remove them by just clicking the same box, and it will prompt you to confirm disabling the add-on. Once confirmed, it will update your subscription charges.
Managing license quantities
If you plan to add colleagues in the future or want to adjust how many Telehealth Pro licenses are available in your subscription:
- Click on your name at the bottom right and go to Subscription.
In the Colleagues on subscription section, click Licenses (next to the + Add colleague button).
A pop-up will show the number of licenses for both Colleagues and Telehealth Pro.
Update the numbers as needed:
- Increase the number if you want available Telehealth Pro licenses for future colleagues.
Decrease the number to reduce subscription charges if fewer Telehealth Pro licenses are required.
Please keep in mind that should you allocate licenses to Telehealth Pro this way:
- Even if you disable Telehealth Pro by unticking the box next to a colleague, any unused Telehealth Pro licenses set in the Licenses section will still be charged.
- To stop being billed for unused licenses, always reduce the Telehealth Pro license count in the Licenses section.
Telehealth Pro on a Physitrack trial account
Even when your Physitrack account is in the trial period, you can still use the 60 minutes of Telehealth Pro you get from us. The full version of Telehealth Pro cannot be activated on a Physitrack trial account. Do you want to continue using Telehealth Pro after these 60 minutes? Then switch your trial account to a regular subscription first.

Telehealth Pro on a subscription with added colleagues
Have you added one or more colleagues to your subscription? No problem - you can specify for each colleague who needs access to Telehealth Pro. This way, you have ultimate flexibility and never pay too much!

Telehealth Pro on your Apple subscription
Unfortunately, it is not possible to activate Telehealth Pro when you pay your subscription via your Apple account. Terminate your subscription via your Apple account, wait until you lose access, then log in via the website and start a new subscription using your credit card as payment method. Need help?
