Give your camera and microphone access in your browser

Google Chrome
- Start a call with a (test) client.
- If the call isn't loading, check if you see a camera icon with a red cross in the top-right of the Physitrack Telehealth popup window.
Click the camera icon, shown below.
Select the "Always allow https://..." option (circled below) and hit Done.
- Close the Physitrack Telehealth pop-up window and restart the call.
Resetting permissions in Chrome
To reset the permissions in Chrome, in case you accidentally blocked the camera or microphone for Physitrack:
- Click on the padlock icon on the left side of the address bar.
Check that you're allowing access to the camera and microphone for Physitrack.
- Click Site settings
Click Reset permissions
- Refresh Physitrack (CTRL/CMD + R)
- Restart the call
Firefox
- Start a call with a (test) client.
When prompted, give Firefox access to your camera and microphone.
- Check "Remember this decision" and click "Allow",
- If this doesn't work, click the camera icon in the address bar, and repeat the above step.
Safari
- Start a call with a (test) client.
Note: if the Physitrack Telehealth popup window doesn't open, click the popup icon shown below to allow the popup window to open.
You should see a confirmation box asking you to allow Physitrack to use your camera and microphone. Click "Allow".
If you don't see the above confirmation box, go to Preferences > Websites > Camera and set this to Allow, and set Microphone to Allow as well.
- Close the Physitrack Telehealth pop-up window and restart the call.
