Give your camera and microphone access in your browser

Google Chrome
- Start a call with a (test) client.
- If the call isn't loading, check if you see a camera icon with a red cross in the top-right of the Physitrack Telehealth popup window.
- Click the camera icon, shown below.
- Select the "Always allow https://..." option (circled below) and hit Done.
- Close the Physitrack Telehealth popup window and restart the call.
Resetting permissions in Chrome
To reset the permissions in Chrome, in case you accidentally blocked the camera or microphone for Physitrack:
- Click on the padlock-icon on the left side of the address bar.
- Check that you're allowing access to the camera and microphone for Physitrack.
- Click Site settings
- Click Reset permissions
- Refresh Physitrack (CTRL/CMD + R)
- Restart the call
Firefox
- Start a call with a (test) client.
- When prompted, give Firefox access to your camera and microphone.
- Check "Remember this decision" and click "Allow",
- If this doesn't work, click the camera icon in the address bar, and repeat the above step.
Safari
- Start a call with a (test) client.
- Note: if the Physitrack Telehealth popup window doesn't open, click the popup icon shown below to allow the popup window to open.
- Note: if the Physitrack Telehealth popup window doesn't open, click the popup icon shown below to allow the popup window to open.
- You should see a confirmation box asking you to allow Physitrack to use your camera and microphone. Click "Allow".
- If you don't see the above confirmation box, go to Preferences > Websites > Camera and set this to Allow, and set Microphone to Allow as well.
- Close the Physitrack Telehealth popup window and restart the call.
