Telehealth: Privacy and Security

Physitrack Telehealth is built around protecting the confidentiality, integrity and availability of your client data.

Encryption of calls

Video and audio streams between call participants are encrypted with AES 256-bit encryption. This includes screen sharing.

Data storage

  • No audio or video is recorded by Physitrack.
  • The only data that we store is data about your call (so-called metadata), such as the start time, end time, duration, name of the client you spoke with, etc.
The purpose of this is to help you gain insight (and invoice) your clients, and for Physitrack to technically monitor performance of our platform and resolve tech issues.
  • Your data is stored securely in our ISO 27001 and SOC2 certified data center.
  • More information about which data is processed by Physitrack

Note: we can optionally enable call recording of the audio portion of calls for your PT Direct account if this is allowed in your country and you have appropriate privacy controls in place. Please contact sales@physitrack.com for more information.
