Note that video calling on
Physitrack iOS has been temporarily disabled while we are working on the release of the new version of Physitrack iOS. However,
you can use Safari on your iPad for Physitrack Telehealth.
Note that as of 1 October 2019,
Internet Explorer 11 is no longer officially supported by Physitrack for video calling.

Client device compatibility
Your clients can access video consultations via PhysiApp (our free client app) on:
- iOS
- Android
- web (see above browser requirements)
Bandwidth requirements
- Video: 300 kbps per stream (recommended lowest level)
- Audio: 50 kbps per stream (recommended lowest level)
Video specifications
Video resolutions — browsers:
- 1280 x 720
- 640 x 480
- 320 x 240
Additional recommendations
- Use a headset with microphone for improved sound quality and privacy
- Use a USB echo-canceling speaker for meeting room environments
- Ensure that nobody else on your network is using the internet at the same time as this can significantly slow down your connection.
