I cannot see my colleague's clients

If you have a regular Physitrack account

Client sharing needs to be reciprocal.

If you want to receive clients from a colleague, you need to also share your clients with them.

  • Click on your name in the bottom right corner and select Sharing
  • Check that "Sharing our clients" is shown for the relevant colleague.
  • Click on the colleague's name to tick the box to share clients with them. If your colleague accepts the sharing request, you see their clients from now on, until the sharing relationship has been terminated.

If your account is part of a PT Direct account

Please contact your practice administrator and ask them to make sure that sharing has been correctly set for your account. More information here: https://support.physitrack.com/article/336-sharing-explaind
