Find and resend a patient's programme code

Looking for your patient's programme or access code, e.g. because they let you know they cannot access their exercise programme? No problem, you can easily find this code.

Log in to your Physitrack account if you are not already.

Click Patients at the bottom and then select the patient whose programme code you are looking for.

Ensure that an active exercise programme is selected. If not, you will not see any programme code.

Click the View program button and, once the programme opens, the Settings button in the right top corner of the page.

Now click the Email program code button and the system will send an email to the patient with the programme code and a dynamic link, allowing them to download PhysiApp on their mobile device.

At the moment, there is no way to check within your Physitrack account whether emails, e.g. with programme codes, have been sent correctly to your patient. Does your patient indicate they have not received an email? If so, please contact us at support@physitrack.com and we will be happy to help.
