Physitrack isn't loading inside DrChrono

DrChrono loads Physitrack inside a so-called iframe.

Some browsers, including Chrome 80, can somtimes block iframes.

To fix this in Google Chrome:

1. Open Google Chrome
2. Copy this text chrome://flags/#same-site-by-default-cookies and paste it into the address bar
3. Hit Enter
4. Go to "SameSite by default cookies" and set the value to "Disabled":
   
5. Scroll down a bit and go to "Cookies without SameSite must be secure" and set this value to "Disabled" as well:
   
6. Click the Relaunch button in the lower right corner of the screen.
