"Call in progress" when I am not on a call
If you see the "Call in progress" bar at the top of the screen when you are not on a call, it could be that the Telehealth window is still open in the background.
When you start a Telehealth call, a popup window opens in which you conduct your Telehealth call (see image below).
Sometimes, the popup window can be hidden by other windows on your computer.
To find an close the Telehealth popup window:
- On Windows: find all open windows
- On Mac: press CTRL + up arrow to see all open windows, or read the article to see all open windows.
- Hit the button to end the Telehealth call, or simply close the popup window.
