I cannot hear my client (or my client cannot hear me)
Check that your volume is not muted
Check that your headphones are plugged in
In the call window, click the Settings button (bottom right).
Check that the proper input and output have been set for your audio and video.
Check that you (or your client) have given your browser (or, in the case of the iOS or Android app, the app) permissions to access your camera and microphone.
