I cannot hear any audio (or my client cannot)
- Check that your volume is not muted
- Check that your headphones are plugged in
- In the call window, click the Settings button (bottom right).
- Check that the proper input and output have been set for your audio and video.
- Check that you (or your client) have given your browser (or, in the case of the iOS or Android app, the app) permissions to access your camera and microphone.
