How to stream an exercise during a video call

Physitrack Telehealth Pro and Pro+ lets you stream our (and your) exercise videos to clients during a call. This lets your clients replicate exercises on camera, so you can provide clear feedback on the spot to help them improve their technique.

It's a great way to educate and support patients remotely and ensure they stay on track with their exercise program.

1. Start a video call with your client
2. Click "Share" and then "Stream exercise"
   
3. You'll see a window from which you can search for exercises to stream.
   Tip: you can drag this window around by clicking the "Stream exercise" text and dragging it as you see fit.
4. Click on an exercise to play the video.
   Exercise playback is controlled by you and is the same on both your and your client's device.
