Nothing happens when I click "Start video call"

If you invite a client (online or offline) to a call and click "Start video call" (circled below) and nothing happens, it could be that your browser is blocking popups.

When you conduct a video call in Physitrack, the call runs in a new browser window, as shown below.

If no new browser window is shown when you click "Start video call", please check that:

  • the video call browser window is not behind your main Physitrack browser window. (Go to the Window menu in your toolbar and check there)
  • you don't have a program, such as an ad blocker, that blocks popups. If this is the case, please disable this in your browser
