My voice echoes during a Telehealth call with a client
If you hear an echo of your voice, it could be that you are in a so-called feedback loop, where your microphone and speaker are too close together.
For best audio quality, as well as to better protect your privacy, we recommend that you always use headphones during a video call.
To set your audio input and output when you are in the call, click the settings icon (1) and check that your microphone (2) and audio output (3) are set to the correct devices.
Likewise, when streaming an exercise video in Telehealth Pro (+), mute the video to avoid hearing an echo of the video's voice over.
