Licensing third-party outcome measures

Some outcome measures are in the public domain, whereas others must be commercially licensed prior to using them with your clients.
Fees and restrictions differ for each outcome measure and publisher.
For example, some publishers allow using outcome measures free of charge in non-funded academic studies, as well as when used in individual practices.
