I am logged out of Physitrack

If you are logged out of Physitrack, please check:

- if you are opening Physitrack from a patient management system, that it's always the same browser that is being opened (sometimes, there could be multiple versions of Chrome on a computer, which can cause troubles, as we look at unique session id's)

- if you use Physitrack in multiple tabs, the so-called CSRF token might expire (this might happen when a practitioner submits a different form from another tab).
