I am locked out of my account

To help secure your Physitrack account, we will lock access to your account for one hour after 3 failed login attempts.

  • When your account is locked, Physitrack sends an email with a link in it.
  • To unlock your account, click on the link in the unlock email. You will then be taken to Physitrack and prompted to enter a new password.
