Monitor your patient's progress: patient reporting

Monitoring your patients' progress is, as our name suggests, an essential part of Physitrack. You can track patients individually, as well as display an overall view of your patients and the status of their assigned exercise programmes.

  1. Click on Patients at the upper left corner and Patient reporting.
  2. Then go to Incomplete outcome measures to see which patients have not yet completed their prescribed questionnaire or have not completed it in full.

  1. Under Educational content not accessed, you can see which patients have not yet opened the educational content in their exercise programme.

  1. At Low adherence, you can see what percentage of assigned exercises your patients have completed.

The drop-down menu Show adherence under: offers you a filtering option, allowing you to focus on patients with lower adherence.

πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ Note for US practitioners using RTM

Patient adherence data tracked in Physitrack directly supports RTM device supply code documentation. Each day a patient engages with their programme in PhysiApp counts as a monitored day toward CPT codes 98985 (2–15 days) or 98977 (16+ days) in a 30-day period.

You can download adherence data as a CSV from this page to use as part of your RTM billing record.

Note: Only activity from patients logged in to PhysiApp with their programme code counts toward RTM. Activity via EasyLink or PDF does not qualify.
