Change the PT Direct administrator

To change your PT Direct administrator, follow the steps below:

  1. Send an email to help@physitrack.com with the following details:
     
    • The name of your organisation, practice or institute,
    • Name and email address of the current administrator of your PT Direct account,
    • Name and email address of the new administrator of your PT Direct account.
  2. The Physitrack support team will update these details for you. We will be in touch with you in case of any questions.
  3. As soon as the change has been processed, you will receive a confirmation. Your new PT Direct administrator will receive an email with a temporary password.
  4. Your new PT Direct administrator can now log in to PT Direct with this temporary password.
  5. Upon logging in, the new administrator will be requested to create and confirm a new (and permanent) password.
