Change the PT Direct administrator
To change your PT Direct administrator, follow the steps below:
- Send an email to help@physitrack.com with the following details:
- The name of your organisation, practice or institute,
- Name and email address of the current administrator of your PT Direct account,
- Name and email address of the new administrator of your PT Direct account.
- The Physitrack support team will update these details for you. We will be in touch with you in case of any questions.
- As soon as the change has been processed, you will receive a confirmation. Your new PT Direct administrator will receive an email with a temporary password.
- Your new PT Direct administrator can now log in to PT Direct with this temporary password.
- Upon logging in, the new administrator will be requested to create and confirm a new (and permanent) password.
