Change your PT Direct administrator
Are you quitting or retiring? Or is there any other reason you want to hand over the administration of your PT Direct account to someone else? No problem, we are happy to help you!
You cannot change the administrator of a PT Direct account yourself. Below you can read how changing an administrator of a PT Direct account looks like step by step.

Send an e-mail to
support@physitrack.com containing the following details:
- The name of your organisation, practice or institution,
- Your client number (you will find this on your invoice; it looks like
uk-company-xxx
), - The name and email address of the current administrator of your PT Direct account,
- The name and email address of the new administrator of your PT Direct account.

- We will update the details for you and contact you if we have additional questions.

- As soon as the change has been processed by us, you and the new administrator will receive confirmation of this. Your new PT Direct administrator will also receive a separate e-mail containing a link to set a new password.
The new PT Direct administrator can log in to PT Direct from this moment.
Within PT Direct, it is possible to delegate certain admin tasks to an admin user.
It is not possible to be an (additional) admin user and (main) administrator at the same time. We therefore assume that a request to make someone administrator of a PT Direct account replaces any role as admin user.
