I've added a colleague to my subscription, what happens next?

After you've added a new colleague to your subscription (from My account > Subscription), this new colleague will receive an email asking them to register on Physitrack. If no email is received, please check that you've entered the correct email address.

  1. The new colleague needs to register a new account on Physitrack (in the same country as your account, e.g. ca.physitrack.com if you are on our Canadian server) using the same email address that you entered when adding them to your account.
  2. Upon creating the account, we detect that this account belongs to your subscription, and they can immediately start using Physitrack.
