I've added a colleague to my subscription, what happens next?

1. Add your colleague to your subscription

First, make sure you’ve added your colleague correctly. Follow the steps here: Add and remove colleagues to your individual subscription.


2. Invitation email sent

Once added, your colleague will automatically receive an email invitation. This email lets them know they’ve been included in your Physitrack subscription.


3. Accepting the invitation

  • The invitation email contains a link.
  • Your colleague must click the link to proceed.
  • If they already have a Physitrack account, the subscription will be linked to that account.
  • If they don’t yet have an account, the link will prompt them to create one by completing the registration process.

Troubleshooting

If your colleague doesn’t see the invitation email:

  1. Ask them to check their Spam/Junk folder.
  2. Make sure no email filters are blocking messages from Physitrack.
  3. If the email still isn’t there, please contact us at support@physitrack.com. Our team can check the status of the invitation and resend it if needed.

Once the invitation has been accepted, your colleague will be successfully added and can start using Physitrack under your subscription.
