What is PhysiAssistant?
PhysiAssistant is your personal assistant app, designed to make exercise prescription easier when you're on the go or don’t have access to a computer. It's perfect for adding those final touches to exercise programmes wherever you are.

- Find or add your patient
Need to look up a patient or add a new one? The Patient Directory provides a list of your current patients, and you can also add new patients quickly with just a few taps. Once a patient is selected, you can begin assigning an exercise program tailored to their needs.

- Select your exercises
Let Ask Copilot Search help you explore our library! With its smart algorithms, Ask Copilot Search can help you find exercises in seconds. Prefer to hand-pick exercises yourself? No problem! Tap Search exercise library and browse through Physitrack’s extensive library and choose the best exercises for each patient’s needs.

- Create your exercise programme
Add exercises to your programme using the programme designer. Then view the exercises you’ve selected in one organised view to ensure the program fits the patient's treatment plan. You can even include quick notes on how your patients should perform their exercises!

- Assign the exercise programme
Once you’ve built your programme, sharing it with your patients is super simple. Choose from:
- Let your patient scan the QR code that will be shown on your device
- Forward the programme details via Whatsapp, Messenger or another popular messaging app
- Send the programme details by email, if that's what your patient prefers
Does PhysiAssistant share data with Physitrack?
When you create and assign an exercise programme using PhysiAssistant, it automatically syncs with your Physitrack account on the web. This seamless integration allows you to access and edit the same programme across both mobile and desktop platforms, providing flexibility in how you manage your patient’s care.
