What is PhysiChat Open Hour?
PhysiChat Open Hour is a weekly live support session designed for new Physitrack users to ask questions and receive real-time guidance. It provides a platform where you can explore the platform, learn best practices, and understand how to make the most of Physitrack’s features.

Who is it for?

PhysiChat Open Hour is aimed at Physitrack customers who:
  • Are in their first two weeks of registration and exploring the platform.
  • Have general usage questions or need help navigating features.
  • Want to improve their onboarding experience with real-time support.

What is NOT Covered?
  • In-depth technical troubleshooting. If you encounter a technical issue, we will kindly refer you to our support email for more in-depth assistance.

When and How to Access?
PhysiChat Open Hour happens every  Thursday, and there are two sessions to accommodate our global customers:
  • UK/Europe session: 1 PM GMT+1 (9 AM EST).
  • US session: 2 PM EST (3 PM GMT+1).

Both sessions are hosted on  Zoom using our  Customer Excellence Zoom link, which remains the same every week for ease of access. You can join anytime during the hour to ask your questions. How to Join:
