Physitrack's Terms of Use is a contract between you and Physitrack PLC (further referred to as "Physitrack", "we" or "us") for using their platform and apps (the "Service"). It does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for professional healthcare. You are responsible for patient care, and Physitrack is not liable for any medical or legal information used.

- Service Overview: You can use the Service only if authorised by an organisation that has bought access from Physitrack. Your use is controlled by the organisation and Physitrack.

- Responsibility for Authorised Users: An "Authorised User" is anyone you allow to use the Service, like staff, other organisations, or patients. You are responsible for their actions, data, and any security issues. Ensure diagnoses and treatments are done by healthcare professionals. You must manage all necessary software and equipment, including security measures. Physitrack is not liable for service interruptions or data loss due to these factors.

- Binding on your organisation: When you accept these terms, you agree to them for yourself and for the organisation you work for. "You" in these terms means both you as an individual using the Service and the organisation you represent.

- Eligibility: By agreeing, you confirm you're authorised by your organisation, of legal age, and compliant with laws and our Privacy Policy.

- Accounts and Registration: To use the Service fully, you need to register. You'll provide accurate information and keep it up-to-date. Your account and password are your responsibility; notify us immediately if you suspect any security issues.

- Payment: You must pay fees to Physitrack as outlined in these Terms and on their website. Fees are charged automatically, and non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Physitrack may change fees with notice. You're responsible for taxes. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.
