Onboarding your patient


We know how hard it is to get patients to stick to their programs and that means working the way they want to work. In an age of increasing use of digital devices, having a range of channels to deal with patients can make the difference to winning new customers. To make your patient’s experience easy, Physitrack allows you to deliver your exercise programs in a way that suits your patients: via web, iOS and Android or as printed documents.


In this guide, we want to show you what your patients see when they use PhysiApp, the patient app. PhysiApp works on iPhone, iPad and Android devices and allows your patient to:


  • Receive educational content about their exercises, program or condition
  • Show them how to complete each exercise properly ****
  • Share how they feel by tracking outcome measures ****
  • Set (multiple) reminders to encourage them to stay with the programme
  • Enter and track their own progress (encouraging the patient to continue)
  • Send messages to you to ask questions or seek advice (if enabled by you)
  • Receive Telehealth calls to check in and seek further advice
