What patient data will be sent from my PMS to Physitrack?

By linking your practice management system and Physitrack, you can easily add patients to your Physitrack account to then assign an exercise programme to them. This page contains a list of PMSs that your Physitrack account can be linked to.

Physitrack's policy is to store as little of your patients' data as possible. In most cases, the following data is sent from your practice management system to Physitrack:

  • First and last name
  • Year of birth (4 digits)
  • Gender (M, F, X)
  • E-mail address (optional)
  • Mobile phone number (optional)
  • Patient ID in use by the PMS
