Invitation to join a PT Direct account

Individual healthcare practitioners using Physitrack will generally have their own Physitrack subscription on their account. However, it is also possible for a practice, clinic, hospital or other organisation to have a joint subscription for (some of) its healthcare practitioners.

When the administrator of a PT Direct account adds your Physitrack account to their Physitrack ecosystem, an invitation will appear. You will then have the choice to accept or decline this invitation.

• If you choose to accept the invitation, you will no longer be charged an invidual subscription fee. Your own subscription will thus come to an end. Of course, you can continue to use your Physitrack account.
• Declining the invitation means your individual subscription will continue. If there was no active subscription, you will see the payment page where you can start one.
