How much does Physitrack cost my patients?
Physitrack is completely free for your patients.
What you need to know
- Your patients access treatment through PhysiApp, our patient-facing app (available on iOS, Android, and the web), and it's 100% free of charge.
- Only practitioners and providers pay for a Physitrack subscription to manage and deliver exercise programmes. Patients are never charged directly by Physitrack.
- These two concepts, practitioner subscription vs. patient access, are often mixed up. Let's clarify what each includes.

Example Scenarios
For Practitioners:
You pay a monthly or yearly fee for your Physitrack subscription to assign programmes, access content, and manage patient care. Patients use PhysiApp at no cost.
For Patients:
You receive a programme code from your healthcare provider and log into PhysiApp. There’s no fee for downloading or using the app ever.
Important
As mentioned, Physitrack does not charge PhysiApp users for access to their assigned exercises; however, please keep in mind that if you are a PhysiApp user and are being charged, this is most likely because you have been assigned a PhysiApp code via an intake form by a provider.
