Unable to verify client's online status
If your client reports that they are online, but they do not show as being online in Physitrack or if you see a message that the client's online status cannot be verified, please:
- Check that your internet connection is up and running (and reliable).
- Check if you have the installed most recent version of your browser.
- Disable ad-blockers in your browser.
- Close and reopen your browser, and open your Physitrack account.
