Cannot verify online status of client

If your client reports that they are online, but they do not show as being online in Physitrack or if you see a message that the client's online status cannot be verified, please:

  1. Check that your internet connection is up and running (and reliable).
  2. Check if you have the installed most recent version of your browser.
  3. Disable ad-blockers in your browser.
  4. Close and reopen your browser, and open your Physitrack account.
