Notification settings

Physitrack allows you to customize the notifications you receive from your patient cohort. This can all be accessed by clicking on your name in the upper right corner and selecting Notifications.


Once in the Notifications settings you can enable notifications to be sent to you when:

  1. When patient adherence is low (this will only work for patients with adherence tracking enabled)
  2. When a patient sends a messages (if you have messaging enabled with patients, as mentioned here, Messaging with your patient)

You can also configure to receive notifications either via your email or SMS if you have confirmed your mobile phone number. As well as enabling the reminder of when a patients programme will be ending 3 days before it expires, and enable notifications from us regarding offers and updates.

Ensure you select " Save" at the bottom of the screen after updating any of these settings.
