Haben Sie Ihr PT Direct-Passwort vergessen oder möchten Sie es ändern? Kein Problem! Folgen Sie einfach den unten stehenden Schritten:

1. Go to the PT Direct login page that matches your location or the server your account is on, or click Log out in the top right corner if you are logged in.

  1. Click Reset password?

  1. Enter your email address and click the Get password reset link button.

  1. Sie erhalten innerhalb weniger Sekunden eine E-Mail mit einem neuen, vorläufigen Passwort. Dieses Passwort ist 24 Stunden lang gültig.
  2. Klicken Sie auf den Link in der E-Mail, um sich anzumelden, und geben Sie das temporäre Passwort ein, das Sie erhalten haben. Sie werden dann aufgefordert, ein neues (und dauerhaftes) Passwort zu erstellen und dieses zu bestätigen.
  3. Done! From now on, you can log in with your new password.

Important: After PT Direct and Physitrack account unification, there is only one login page. This page is used to log in and reset both the admin password and practitioner access password. If you have an account with both admin and practitioner access, you only have one password.
