Importing clients from Cliniko

Note: the automatic import of patients into your PT Direct account has been deprecated.
Instead, each practitioner must enable their own Cliniko integration in their account.

Enabling the Cliniko integration for your practitioners consists of 2 steps:

1. Connect Physitrack to your practice's Cliniko account (scroll down)
   Once you've completed this step, Cliniko will show an "Open in Physitrack" button for each client.
   
2. For each practitioner in your practice, copy their Cliniko API key to their Physitrack account
   1. The practitioner can do this themselves following the first two steps in the Cliniko integration instructions
   2. Or, you can go to Practitioners, click on the practitioner in question and paste in their Cliniko token and hit Save:
