Reset your PT Direct password

Have you forgotten your PT Direct password, or would you like to change it? No problem! Just follow the steps below:

1. Go to the PT Direct login page that matches your location or the server your account is on, or click Log out in the top right corner if you are logged in.

2. Click Reset password?

3. Enter your email address and click the Get password reset link button.

4. You will receive an email within a few seconds with a new, temporary password. This password will be valid for 24 hours.
5. Click the link in the email to log in and enter the temporary password that you received. You will then be requested to create a new (and permanent) password and to confirm it.
6. Done! From now on, you can log in with your new password.
