Emails not arriving or blocked
If you or your practitioners are not receiving Physitrack emails (for example with passwords), please make sure that:
- The email address has been entered correctly;
- Your corporate email provider or firewall whitelists our email servers (we use Mandrill for sending email, with AWS SES as backup):
