Emails not arriving or blocked

If you or your practitioners are not receiving Physitrack emails (for example with passwords), please make sure that:

  • The email address has been entered correctly;
  • Your corporate email provider or firewall whitelists our email servers (we use Mandrill for sending email, with AWS SES as backup):
    Whitelisting a Mandrill IP address
    We will add static IP addresses in the near future, please use the above step until then.
