Adding API tokens to practitioners in PT Direct
Note: for our more advanced integrations, such as with Jane App and Raintree Systems, your PT Direct account will need to be manually added as an API consumer by Physitrack support. Please email your account representative if you plan on integrating with these patient management systems.
To add an API token for a practitioner:
- Go to the Practitioners page
- Click on the practitioner for whom you want to add an API token (note: the practitioner needs to have been added to your account first before you can add an API token)
- Under the "Integrate with" caption, select your patient management system and paste in your API token (PMS token)
- Hit Save
Note: the "Physitrack API key" field will only show up if your PT Direct account has been added as an API consumer. This is only required for our more advanced integrations.
Note: for the practitioners in your Physitrack Direct account, the "Integrations" section on the Settings page will only show if you've enabled this on the Practitioners > Defaults page inside your Physitrack Direct account.
