How do I change the weight unit for my exercises?
Physitrack allows you to select whether your exercise weights are provided in kg or in lbs.
To update your default weigh unit:
- Tap My account at the bottom of your screen.
- Select "Weight units" on the menu to the left side of the page.
- Simply tap on your desired unit of weight to select. A tick will appear beside your selected weight unit. Changes save automatically.
