How do I update my own details and change my password?
Your "My account" menu allows you to update your name, address, contact details and password, as well as updating your practice logo.
To update your details and password:
- Tap My account at the bottom of your screen.
- Select "My practice" on the menu to the left side of the page.
- Update your name and address (if desired). Changes save automatically.
- To update your password, tap "Set new password".
- A reset code will automatically be sent to your email address (this may take a few minutes so be patient!).
- Enter your reset code in the relevant box, and your new password in the box below. Tap "Done" when complete.
- Your password has now been updated.
