How do I preview an exercise video, program or educational document in the library?

You may wish to watch an exercise video, or view educational content or programs while searching in the library. We call this a "preview".

  • Find the video, program or pdf you wish to view and simply double-tap anywhere on the picture or title.
  • This opens up a new window displaying the video, the content of a program or the PDF document.
