8. Video calling

Please contact your account representative to learn more about enabling video calling for your Physitrack Direct account.

Physitrack Direct lets you conveniently configure video calling.

Simply navigate to "Video calling" to:

  • View video calling history
    • Download a spreadsheet with the entire call history
    • Download call recordings (if this feature has been enabled for your account)

  • Change video calling settings
    • Enable / disable consent notices for clients in calls
    • Edit the consent message that clients see when a call starts
